Ok thats fine so i can start.Frist I need your diameters (body) then we have to talk about the details.Funny thing I also think about a harnees in combination with a life jacket. but there are more questions: padded crotchstrap? crotchstrap frontpanell? how many buckels in front? witch straps (40mm 50mm) witch size? color? like a" step in" vest? zipper? fixed harness or removable? Airex foam? (very expensiv!) rate of buoyancy 75N 100N ? (I prefert 75 N) etc ;) btw. I can buy a harness and add it to the vest will be chaper and saver ;) but one thing i also have a work and other projekts it takes time ;)

@harryfbyrd yes its possible but I ve no Time yet. But I have bought (last year) 3 of Thermo Cuise to tuned up. I payed 60 euro for one vest and calkulate for zipper, buckels, extra padding and Airexfoam 60-100 euros. So if nearly 150 euros is ok ? I can save one for you.If i can sell two of them I start to produce. btw. some work must be professional (->zipper) so I give it a professional sawer. Second possibility you try to get one and i do only the pimping.

dont forgett thats only one way ;) the west ist good like it is. beieve me ;) the other way ist to look after a small used Dog preserver for the Front padding and additional straps ;) .Its also possible that i do it, but i dont know the shipping /taxes...means you send me 3 (130 dollar? and I send you a fully! pimped back (100 euro shipping(?)) if there is a the "rest" money i lay it in the box...I thins we find a way ;)

I forgott to say the best way is, if you install the zipper (sawing service 20 bucks?) you can also change the foam cause the pokets are open ;) and than you can use the foam plates for the frot padding of the beavertail.ialso removed the buckels for this look for "extra suitcasestraps"or look in an outdoorschop for buckels ;)

hello, there is material from the front panel it has overlaping velcos that fits not very good I removed it and install a zipper.than there is enough material for a Frontpadding, but don t make it to thick cause the position in water test it ;) btw. is it possible for you to send one to germany ?(cost?)So you can buy two of them. and yes it is very comfy it has special padded material all over the west for thermal protektion, I often go bathing in our coold baltic see and for this its perfekt 18 ° degrees no problem ;) another pimping tip remove the padding to Airex foam its the best for lifejackets. greetings Ulli

Yes its possible, but I think it will be difficult at the taxes cause then it will be more than 80 Euros (I must destroy an other Jacket to get the material) so why you dont buy the thermocruise for 42 Bucks? its an awsom price ? ( I paid 180 Euro) It has a Bevertail and fits very good (if your nearly 180cm tall ;) ) it has a hood, the best material with thermoprotection and whats not wanted cut of ;) and bring it to a sawing service for the padding in the front and the zipper look at my thermocruise for inpiration....i think its the best way ;) for us.

If you pay taxes etc. I can sell my Secumar 70kg 80kg for 25 euros but belive me your will be not happy with that ;) it only looking good but fits awful. for a little bit more i can pimp it with waistband better foam (Airex) etc. look at my pimped wests at https://www.flickr.com/photos/68547893@N08/
